‍Service Agreement

Effective Date: May 2026

By scheduling, purchasing, or receiving services from A Buff & Beyond Mobile Detailing ("A Buff & Beyond," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services Provided

A Buff & Beyond provides professional mobile detailing services, including but not limited to:

  • Full Detailing

  • Interior Detailing

  • Exterior Detailing

  • Ceramic Coating

  • Paint Correction

  • Additional vehicle care services

  • Residential power washing services

Services may vary based on vehicle condition, package selection, and customer requirements.

Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

While we strive to arrive within the scheduled appointment window, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or prior service delays may affect arrival times.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Failure to provide reasonable notice may impact future scheduling availability.

If weather conditions or other circumstances prevent us from safely performing the service, we may reschedule the appointment at no additional cost.

Mobile Service Requirements

A Buff & Beyond operates as a fully mobile detailing service.

We generally provide our own water supply, equipment, and materials and do not require access to customer utilities.

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Safe vehicle access

  • Adequate working space around the vehicle

  • Legal parking access where services can be performed

We reserve the right to refuse service if working conditions are unsafe or inaccessible.

Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for accurately describing the condition of their vehicle when requesting services.

Excessive contamination, pet hair, biohazards, mold, bodily fluids, excessive staining, or other severe conditions may require additional time, labor, or charges.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing when vehicle condition differs significantly from what was originally disclosed.

Personal Items: A Buff & Beyond is not liable for any personal items, electronics, valuables, or currency left inside the vehicle during service. Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to their appointment.

Photo Documentation: A Buff & Beyond may photograph vehicles before and after service to document condition. Customers are also encouraged to document any pre-existing damage prior to the start of service.

Ceramic Coating Disclaimer

Ceramic coatings provide enhanced protection, gloss, and ease of maintenance.

However, ceramic coatings do not:

  • Prevent rock chips

  • Prevent scratches

  • Prevent swirl marks

  • Make a vehicle damage-proof

  • Eliminate the need for regular maintenance

Proper care and maintenance remain necessary to preserve coating performance.

Paint Correction Disclaimer

Paint correction is designed to significantly improve paint clarity, gloss, and overall appearance.

Results vary based on vehicle condition, paint thickness, defect severity, and other factors.

While significant improvement is often achievable, A Buff & Beyond cannot guarantee the complete removal of all paint defects, scratches, swirl marks, chips, or imperfections.

Residential Power Washing Disclaimer

For residential power washing services, customers are responsible for disclosing any fragile, damaged, or treated surfaces prior to service. A Buff & Beyond is not liable for damage to surfaces that were not disclosed or that show pre-existing deterioration.

Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you have concerns regarding the quality of service provided, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may vary and are communicated at the time of booking.

Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of future appointments and collection efforts where permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

A Buff & Beyond shall not be responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Mechanical failures

  • Electrical failures

  • Paint defects

  • Rust

  • Clear coat failure

  • Worn interior materials

  • Improper prior repairs

  • Damage resulting from undisclosed vehicle conditions

Specialty Surfaces: Customers with paint protection film, vinyl wraps, specialty coatings, or aftermarket modifications are responsible for disclosing this prior to booking. A Buff & Beyond is not liable for any damage to undisclosed surface treatments.

Customers acknowledge that detailing services involve cleaning, polishing, and restoration processes that cannot reverse all forms of wear, age, or damage.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Buff & Beyond's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Claims & Concerns

Any concerns regarding service quality or potential damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Failure to report concerns within this period may limit our ability to investigate and address the issue.

Customer Eligibility

Customers scheduling services must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to approve services for the vehicle or property being serviced.

Changes To This Agreement

A Buff & Beyond reserves the right to update this Service Agreement at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this website and become effective upon publication.
