What started as weekend details for friends and family quickly grew into one of DFW’s most recognized mobile detailing brands. The Story Behind A Buff and BeyondFrom Weekend Side Hustle To Full-Time Obsession.
Before A Buff & Beyond existed, Javier was working in insurance underwriting for State Farm, spending his days behind a desk and in front of a computer screen. While the job provided stability, it never felt like the right fit. Cars had always been the passion, not office work.
What began as weekend detailing jobs for family and friends quickly turned into something bigger. More clients came through word of mouth, more vehicles filled the schedule, and eventually the side hustle became impossible to ignore. Javi made the decision to leave the corporate world behind and pursue detailing full time.
That decision became A Buff & Beyond.
Today, the brand has grown into a trusted mobile detailing company serving drivers throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area, from daily commuters to luxury and exotic vehicles.
